I visited to the doctor for my wife tests , i do have "worst" experience with Kanishq Hospital Dehradun, I was prescribed by doctor for several tests but no one is ready to inform when you will receive report, from where to collect, no one is going to inform or update about report readiness, there are 1000 of test reports are there which yet to be shared with patients, do not surprise if hospital staff ask you to find your report herself/himself from that pending bunch of reports. This happened with me several times and will have to look alternate options now.

Mrs Ritu Gupta is a empathetic and very caring doctor specially at the time of emergency and she understands the patients very well and patients feel free to discuss their problem with her. She is great gynaecologist and obstetrician and I will endorse and recommend her specially for laparoscopy surgery. Thanks to Dr. Ritu Gupta and Kanishk Hospital Staff for all the care they had taken of my wife at the time of surgery and after it. I thank all the nursing staff of Kanishk Hospital for their selfless helpful service. Last but not the least thanks to fourth class staff for all the hygiene and sanitation they maintained which is just as important as any other things for a patient.
