Yellowish vomet and now mild fever
My son age 6 yrs complete, vometed yellowish in the evening complain that he is not feeling well in stomach , something not routine feel..
Now he is mild weak and mild fever 99.0

No need to give medicine for fever now. May have eaten something that is causing the trouble. If vomiting continues consult a pediatrician and give medications.
