Hii i am 21years old and i have a habit of earing rajnigandha and my teeths have became red so how can i get my teeth white again.And my family member dont knw about this thing so help me for the same

Hi, if you have red stains,this looks external deposit due to your habbit .You can get your teeth cleaning polishing and whitening done by dentist. Don't worry you will be fine. Avoid habit of chewing pan masala.

Hello,red teeth could be because of stains on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done. Brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Hi.... Brush your teeth after you eat. Keep a toothbrush at work to use after eating. Brush using a fluoride-containing toothpaste at least twice a day, especially after meals.... Floss at least once a day. Proper flossing removes food particles and plaque from between your teeth.... Schedule regular dental checkups. See your dentist on a regular basis — generally once or twice a year — to have your teeth or dentures examined and cleaned....
