  4. Yellow Urination. For a bilirubin test?

I have suffered Jaundice before and I am used to the Symptoms but Last 4 -5 Days I am urinating deep yellow but don't feel my Liver Swelling even no tendency of Vomit or lose motion. What should I do, should I go for a Bilirubin test?
