Yellow poop with muscus and foul smell

Asked for Male, 24 Years

My son age 1.5 years . From last 2 days he has doing poop with muscus and foul smell but not watary..Or loose motion..He has no problem. Today after looking showing little blood clot .. is it any problem . In this time there is no doc available near. Please help .Thanx.

Is it hard stool, Usually mild stomach infection will present like this in eakyy phase. If possible can u get stool routine and microscopic exmaniation done. If it shows infection it's better to treat with antibiotics. Till then u can use Minibottole enterogermina 5ml two times for 3 days ( probiotics)
