Yellow liquid after circumcision

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I had gone through circumcision procedure 12 days back ...but from 2 3 days i m seeing this yellowish liquid from the gland and the exposed gland is red and having small small cuts...please tell is this infection or anything serious ...these are the pictures after washing with betadine and salt water...and after applying ointment it is getting dry
