Y-spur and kaunch beej churna
I have been married for 2.5 years and now me and my wife are planning for the first time pregnancy.
I don't have any physical, sexual or mental issues but as per suggestion i have been advised to take Y-spur tablets and kaunch beej churna for better sperm quality and healthy kid ..so Can I take those tablets and churna ? Does it have any side effects on the body or are those habit forming?

Dont start any medication before test..
First get ur semen analysis test done and, of there is any issue like low sperm count or motility or any infection, then take medication properly according to the problem...
And dont take this y spur and ll kind of medication....
