Diets won’t help you in reducing this . You need to apply a good quality moisturiser. Apply it immediately after bath on slightly moist skin, and repeat the application at night. Always use lukewarm water for bathing. Excessively hot water increases the dryness and itching. Avoid aggressive rubbing with towels post bath. Drink plenty of water.
