Wrinkly Eyes
I’m 13 and my eyelids and below the eyes are getting wrinkly with a lot of lines. I also have eczema but right now I don’t have a flare up and yet my eyes still lookn wrinkly

Yes, that is because of continuous rubbing and itching around the eyes due to dermatitis.
You need to start using an anti fragrant cream three times a day and start having atleast 2-3 liters of water a day.
It is mainly because of loss of water from that part of the skin.
