I hurt my right leg while climbing wooden ladder and suddenly i slipped and i hurt my leg exact near shin bone and as i it damageg my skin and turned into a wound and afterward boils injury also take place so suggest me with your best medical knowledge what to do and which medicine i need to take to get  quick recovery without any delay. thankyou and waiting for your responce
