Wound near anal hole
I had a bad day where i sat on the point of iron somehow. Sounds funny but it poked my outer area of anal opening and had a scratch with slight blood and it took 4 5 days to go off. But nowadyas there is a tiny lump at the same point with pain. When i squeezed it somehow isome blood came and then the lump gone flat in shape. But now it has been a month there is no blood but it pains and gives a burning feeling when i water it to washoff after my stool. When i come out and touch it i get a feeling that the tiny lump is still there. The area is dry and sometimes it pricks or when i touch it. There is no increase in size or blood but it just pains and burns on touching and putting a jet of water. Please help!

Hi..., Add fiber to your diet. Eating about 25 to 30 grams of fiber a day can help keep stools soft and improve healing. Fiber-rich foods include fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains. You also can take a fiber supplement. Adding fiber may cause gas and bloating, so increase your intake gradually. Drink adequate fluids. Fluids help prevent constipation. Exercise regularly. Engage in 30 minutes or more of moderate physical activity, such as walking, most days of the week. Exercise promotes regular bowel movements and increases blood flow to all parts of your body, which may promote healing.... Avoid straining during bowel movements. Straining creates pressure, which can open a healing tear or cause a new tear....Consult Surgeon..
