Lump near anal hole
Hi , I am a 35 year old male , the other day I wiped my bottom after using the toilet and it really and felt sore , still feels sore wiping now , however I have found a hard ish lump just next to the anal ring , it does nt seem to hurt when touching the actually lump , I have taken some pictures of it on my phone and it looks like a white lump . Obviously I am concerned about cancer . Hope you can help many thanks
