Wound in forehead
Dear doctor, my daughter 4 yrs old banged her forehead against wall while playing 5 days ago. She did not have any pain or concussion post that. But the wound turned black and turned red today after 5 days. Also we see both the sides of nose near eyes that looks dark and black. Please advise what it could be. I have attached pictures for reference.
