My Father is taking medicines for Diabetes cum hypertension. He is having wound in foot with pain. Wound is not opened yet and also no pus in it, but having pain. Is this Diabetes foot ulcer? Suggest me the specialist doctor to consult. I am not able to take him to the hospital in this Covid pandemic situation. Thank you in advance...

It looks like a non healing ulcer. Please consult a podiatrist or vascular surgeon as soon as possible. And sugars and BP need to be kept under control to help with its healing
