Episiotomy wound not healed after 5 years a small gap like pin point gap sometimes The blood will only go when pressing if any chance to cancerous why the wound is not healing properly consulted 5 more doctors everyone tells there is no problem with it but I really tensed any chance to cancer?? How can the problem solved ??
Now the wound looks like a dot. I think it's a deep wound after delivery so it's not healed properly

No need to worry
Due to improper healing there is formation of sinus
Have to clinically get examined
And yes its not gonna progress to some ca or something!
Relax any diabetic hsitory?check sugar levels once checked and local examination with gynaecologist/surgeon once!

Before bathing sit for sometime in betidine mixed luke warm water !it will decrease the oedema and sphincters to be relaxed aids in healing wound!

Hi
The bloody discharge is mostly due to non Healing of wound
Need not to worry , it won’t change to cancer, but proper examination of that wound is necessary to rule out any sinus tract formation, can be formed due to foreign body reaction ( may be suture used while suturing your episiotomy scar ) , if sinus tract present , need excision of that .
