I  have wound inside throat from 3 months means I always feel there is something inside my throat.when I touch inside through finger near tonsils it smells strange.

Please get a examination done by a ENT specialist. May be there is an infection in tonsil leading to bad smell. If tonsils are infected , treatment is needed either medical or surgical removal of tonsils.
