Wound and bulge in my penis frenulum
I am 24 years male from Salem. Before 45 days I feel some uncomfortable feeling in my penis and at first I neglected it. Later when I noticed my penis I saw a bulge in my frenulum at the connecting point of fore skin.. When I try retract my fore skin while in erection my frenulum skin tears..I am having this problem for past 45 days... Give me a solution if needed I can send the image.

Short frenulum is associated with Phimosis. It leads to pain while retracting prepucial skin during erection.
