Hi I am 28 yrs old male working in a software company. Off late my work pressure has increased at office. I constantly worry about the work about what is going to happen tomo. Because of this worry I am not talking to my family members properly. I sleep early not interested to eat also sometimes. Are there any treatment to reduce worrying. Thanks.

Stress management is required. Give at least one hour daily for your hobbies to vent out daily stress. Aerobic exercise daily helps and also take a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and omega fatty acids. If still unable to come out of this consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation and treatment.
