I've discovered few red spots on the glans of my penis 2 weeks back. It wasn't painful or didn't have any itching sensation. Today while cleaning up I checked the region to find more red spots and a white residue under the glans. Is it common to appear? I'm sexually not active at the moment. Is it anything serious?

Hello, Pearly penile papules are also normal. They are very small bumps, the same colour as your skin, but with a pearly appearance. They usually appear around the glans (head) of the penis in a row.
Again, they are not sexually transmitted, and they don't need any treatment.
Consult dermatologist if it hurts or causes any problem.
