Worried about diabetic
I am a Servicemen with 65 kg approx. Age 39 yrs. I had a gallbladder operation in 2014 and there after my glucometer showing 120-140 during the period (fasting). last week it shows 181(fasting) but next day 167 and after two days 143 and now today 144 fasting. i have started jogging of 3 km appx. from last week. please advice.

It is in the diabetic range. Ideally, you should get the following tests done: Fbs, plbs, hba1c.
