Worried about anal burning and STI
I have burning feeling around my anus and in my penis and a small painless pimple near my anus. Thepimple started to have some pain couple of days earlier. I applied witch hazel and now it has started vanishing. But the burning around my anus is still thr. It also burns sometimes when I pee. For the last 2- 3 days I have this urgency to pee too. Just side note- wife was pregnant and she delivered couple of days earlier. My last sexual relationship(oral) outside of marriage was 1.5 yrs ago.
