Worms don’t come in breast milk but yes you need to have due care and your personal hygiene should be of utmost importance expciallg you finger nails should be trimmed so that Erin eggs do not get stuck in Male beds . That can infect the baby. Get yourself dewormed every 15 days and then get your stools examined for worms and eggs
