Workout during first month of pregnancy
I have one query. We are plannig for baby but still i am not sure whether i am pregnant or not till my next periods missed. So could you please tell me if any type of workout is harmful for me during that time? I always do aerobics inluding jumping and abs workout.

U should not do hectic exercise.normal slow walking ok
