Work distress
It is Sunday today, and supposedly i should rest, but i thought of Monday which meant work day, and no i feel down, i wanna cry, and my mind is like blank, I am trying to find the words that comes in my mind but it just my heartaches and makes me want to cry. I suddenly feel that i don't to do anything and just be in bed. But i know I'll regret it because i need to do some things. What should i do? This is not the first time i felt like this and i want this to stop. 😟😭
