Wooden splinter embedded
Embedded inside left palm near the thumb (see photo). Occured about a week ago. Didn't went too deep I presume. No pain, but a nagging sensation If I press hard on it.
1) Will it come out on its own?
2) Can I remove it through a small cut with a clean razor blade?
3) Does the skin pushes such foreign objects outwards as the former slowly grows from inside?
Please help!

Please go to a hospital for removal, lest it may get infected. Tetanus shot should also be administered.
