Wondering if I was pregnant & miscarried

I’m a 22 year old female and a couple months ago my period was over a month late and I really thought I might’ve been pregnant. I had several symptoms such as nausea, cravings, the skipped period obviously, extra fatigue, and my boyfriend at the time hadn’t used a condom. I had negative pregnancy tests but I took them pretty early on. I was wondering if maybe I was pregnant and could’ve misscarried and if I see a doctor, if they can tell me or not if I’ve ever been pregnant.

Yes ,get a beta hcg pregnancy test done to see if u were pregnant and then miscarried .
