I had oral sex on 21st March and I took the pregnancy test on 12th may. The pregnancy test result was negative. Does that mean I am not pregnent?

No you are not pregnant.With oral sex no one can get pregnancy.But before ejaculation if both have met then chances are there because prejaculate fluids also contains sperms .So donot take risk take EC.
