Womb pains
My girlfriend and I has sex 3 months ago. She hasn't gotten her monthly periods ever since. We did a pregnancy test at home and the results were negative. She recently got womb pains. What could be the cause of those pains

Kindly do a beta hcg blood test to rule out pregnancy as many times pregnancy tests becomes delayed positive. If the test is negative then consult a gynaecologist there for examination and an ultrasound
