Withdrawal from Ovral g

I was taking Ovral G but after two tablets I am not feeling well...headache..vomiting...I am the mother of an infant of 4 months. I am breastfeeding. my periods haven't started yet after the delivery. Should periods come within a week if I stop the medicine now?
