Withdrawal bleeding

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Taken unwanted 72, after15 days exactly on my period date i got my period but the blood is brown and thick,the flow is normal.I have experienced cramps too but i always experience them during period. Is it my period or bleeding is due to the pill. Please help.
