As per your words you are having pain n swelling because of wisdom tooth..
I advise you to go to your dentist and get it checked and get x ray same area, if your tooth is coming out in right direction just do warm sline gargles and if not than go according to your dentist advice.
Immediate home remedy is take any pain killer and do warm saline gargles.

Your condition is known as Pericoronitis. Conservative therapy is longstanding antibiotics. But best is to get rid of the troublesome third molar which is impacted and infected under the gum causing swelling.
