Hello mam Prolonged  procedure in extraction leads muscle inflammation.... N sometimes spasm.. Which hurts.. Nothing to serious  slow movements.. N small exercise of face help in getting back to normal... Well if too painful take analgesics.. Like calpol or ibuprofen 500mg after food if pain.. On sos.
Next Steps
Try to relax.. N let the facial muscle also relax.. Take an analgesic.. For immediate relief.. Ice compress also soothes a lot..

Hello.. Good evening.. Welcome to practo.. I advice you to take medications prescribed.. Do not spit.. Do not use straw.. Do soft brushing Take soft diet.. Pain and trismus is commonly seen in all patients after impaction.. The pain will not be felt till you have the effect of local anesthesia.. Thank you.

Hlo Plz follow all d instructions given by ur dentist.. Jaw problm probably bz of mouth opening for longer time.. No issue no worry..
