I am facing pain and swelling in my gums and also pain in my adjacent teeth, cheek and lower jaw.
This problem is persistent sinnce the last 3 days.
The wisdom tooth seems to be coming out straight, but due to small size of my jaws there is not enough space for it. Also a flap of the gum is present over the tooth and this is causing the swelling and most of the pain.
Please advice what is best to be done in this situation. I would prefer to avoid sugeries if possible.

For the time being you can apply a local anaesthetic in that region , sounds like you may have pericoronitis. The proper treatment may require removal of the wisdom tooth
