Will smegma appears as pus sometimes?

Doctor I am an ocd patient and I am overthinking every small issue.. I never hadsex with anyone Yesterday during masturbation I found a white liquid(pus) oozes out from my foreskin .... My question is whether that white liquid( pus) from shaft of penis is smegma or my sperm which was deposited under foreskin? Plz reply doctor will smegma appears as a pus sometimes?
