Wife not feeling intercourse

Asked for Male, 24 Years

It's been 2 month of marriage, initialy she used to feel and get orgasm. Now since 3 days(2 time/day) when we make love my wife does not feel it when my male organ is inside her female organ, so she is not able to get orgasm. Already tried videos,hand rub down there but no luck. Any advice, how do we proceed?
