Wierd allergy..

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have some sort of allergy where certain bumps raise on my skin after pressuring that area for long and they itch. After sometime the bumps dissapear but still come back if pressured . Also my palms itch and swell. I have been taking a tablet named 1AL for it but if I stop taking the tablet the problem again starts. What is the cause for it? Do I have to be dependent on the medicine and for how long? Please help
