avoid spicy oily street food
drink filtered water
give a great attention on hand hygiene..since u cn spread infection to odrs which dont hv disease even aftr ur symptoms disappear..since typhoid agent stays in ur biliary system fr long n shed out in stool.
cut ur nails wash ur hand before hving or serving food
