  4. Why rbc count decrease? Please help me.

Why rbc count decrease?
My concern is last test is done on 22 jan and last injection is given on the same day and now he is taking folci hct tablet daily. Do I need to take test of him again and it is worrying about that his haemoglobin is now 11 earlier it was 10.50 and rbc count increased from 2.64 to 2.94.still there is any issue or there can be, what should I do i am very tense.please help me.
