Platelets count decreasing during pregna

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi, I am 6 week pregnant , 32 yr old. My platelets count is getting decreased, last week it was 148 and today it is 134. What should I do. Please help

It's not much of a change . If u have fever u need to be checked for dengue and malaria. Slight change in platelet count is normal.in pregnancy due to haemodilution.
