Hi, I understand your concern about the cost of counseling services. Ideally, healthcare and counseling should be accessible and affordable so that everyone can benefit from the necessary treatment without financial barriers. When these services are expensive or not covered by insurance or organization policies, it can prevent individuals from seeking help and completing their treatment effectively. Making such services more affordable or free ensures that people can prioritize their health and well-being, leading to better overall outcomes. It's important to advocate for policies that support accessible healthcare, so everyone has the opportunity to receive the care they need without undue financial stress.

Hi... Yes, in principle, Psychological Counselling and other medical care must be free from organizational policy. But this world is run by wo/men that do not always follow the principles. Also, it depends upon the leadership and culture of a particular organization. This is the reason why lot of big organizations choose to outsource the complete process through a neautral and reliable service partner or pay a sum of money over and above salaries to be untilized only under mental heath care. But if you are at the receiving end of a poor mental health service, I would suggest you to consult outside. Most people undermine the impact of a good mental health service in their organization.
