Hello, Thinking and action are two different things.Problems need to be dealt with, by thinking over them would make them complex and you will lose the motivation to deal with them.Schedule your day, follow it and introduce a physical activity in your routine.

People around you may have told that do not worry, be relaxed and calm, do not bother. But they had not told you how to do it. They may have told you some tips like breathing exercises, yoga distraction. But they did not have been much useful. Better you consult a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. They will help you to learn those techniques. And you can overcome your problem.

Hi... The way you have explained, it seems you are suffering from cognitive anxiety caused by overthinking or by your natural way of going through life. Following a healthy routine in terms of proper and timely meals, sleep, exercise, breathing/meditation will help you get back your control over your thoughts. If you have developed some maladaptive coping mechanisms overtime they need to be fixed through psychotherapy/counselling.
