Why curd should not be eaten in IBS?
Can anyone explain the reason why should curd not be eaten in IBS according to Ayurveda? I am suffering from IBS-A and as far as I know, curd is good for digestion. Then why should it not be eaten in IBS? Can I drink buttermilk instead? Also could you please suggest me the diet for IBS-A? What should I avoid eating?
