Side effects like redness, dryness , minor burns can occur but the chances are very less if the person doing the peel is an allopathic dermatologist . 2. Yes, you can certainly go ahead with ONLY TREATMENT. Peels are adjuvant treatments . Only difference is that your treatment might take a longer time than it would've taken along with peels.
