My baby today voice is low or rough. Yesterday night tmy parents gave little cake chocolate cream to lick very little. Will it cause problem?? Is it due to food?? Or weather

It can be due to weather. Avoid cold drinks,cold water,icecream,outside food Give lukewarm water .
