You need acoustic analysis by speech language pathologist and laryngoscopy by Ent doctor to understand the problem first. They may suggest voice therapy by speech language pathologist if needed. You can put in Google search SLP Sanjay Kumar Video. You will find many videos before and after therapy and it will give you hope.

You need to get it checked out by ENT specialist and a speech therapist in person for further evaluation and management.
After examining he will suggest you further.
Soeech therapy will also be required.
