Whooshing heartbeat in ear,

Whooshing heartbeat in ear for two months, since then I have a slow constant headache feels like it’s pushing down on my head. Eyes are sometimes blurry and have seen lightening bolts a few times. I am having trouble remembering what I’m trying to say and my balance is off on my left side where the heartbeat noise is.

Hi ur symptoms seems to be due to vestibular migraine.People usually have one sided headache with imbalance and ear symptoms.

U should definitely get treatment for migraine and if not getting relief in 2weeks better to get a brain scan
