Whom to consult? Physician/ Specialist
I just went for preventive health test and found there are cetain values which are not in control.
Whom should i consult? General practitioner, Gasantrologist or some other specilist?
I've attached sections of report below. Other than that it says high CREATININE and lowe eGFR(82).
Please help and suggest.

If you are going for Ayurvedic treatment,
Well from the two reports provided and your age mentioned I would like to suggest a general practitioner.
He can go through your reports of creatinine level and will let to go for basic examinations. If needed he could refer you for a specialist.
