Whitish Yellow small bumps in caruncle

I have these small whitish yellow looking like whiteheads bumps in corner of my eyes in caruncle. They dont pain but irritates the eye and watery discharge is also there regularly. Sometimes it even feels as if something is stuck in my eye in corner. Please help with medicated eye drops if any.
