My body skin is fare but fore head skin of penis has got black..how to whitening it permanently... Is hydroquinolone cream effective ? Should I used steroid topically ...have any side effect of topical steroid.. ?

Hello dont use steroids and hydroquinolone as they are not used for whitening of skin consult dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
