White tongue problem

Hi, I have a white tongue only no sores from 15 days. this was after a viral fever and cough recently 1 month back. I am a smoker and it hurts after smoking. I had b complex tablets and cifiaxime bacterial tablets and still the issue is there. A little better now but still I have this white tongue ( Not patches).can you prescribe any medicines. I have researched online and had CBP and HIV test which came good. However CBP shows high white blood count of 14K i assume.I have a cough lightly and
